Prairie Celebration

by Cathy Grafton on 09/08/11

Heading off to Rock Springs Park in Decatur for a lovely small festival to celebrate fall.  We will be camping out and hearing owls and coyotes each night.  there are miles of trails and a wonderful pine woods and of course the restored prairie beckons.  During the day there is music, demonstrations, wonderful traditional crafts and living history.  The fun really extends into the evenings when we play music and have a great dinner together.  Come on out and visit this gem of a festival - on Sunday there is an old fashioned baseball game with the Rock Springs Ground Squirrels.  I have finished another bee landscape to take along and will be happily stitching all weekend.

How about posting a picture of the bee landscape on your blog? I'm wondering what this may be...?
